Twin Axle touring caravan Abbey GT 418T by Cosalt - quality van but getting old, NO leaks in Witham, Essex for sale

Twin Axle with functioning brakes, side and indicator lights and five good tyres, so just needs your number plate to tow it away and could be used as is. It tows well with the double axles. This is an old but quality caravan so the plastic trim is damaged in places as can seen in the pictures. The Central heating works and will be on when buyer collects or if you wish to view by arrangement as will the hot and cold water (see picture running to sink and water gauge with battery condition and mains light indicators etc). The fridge is mains and 12volt and gas. The gas can be contrary to light but does work. There is a radio and auto-cassette changer but these are not wired in correctly so may well work but not as is. There is a removable table with seats that drops down to make a large double bed and a small table in the centre section that does likewise to make a single with a facility for a bunk over. End bathroom with separate shower cubicle. The cassette toilet flush is unreliable because of a contrary switch for the electric flush. There are 12 volt lights and mains lighting with hook up plugs for mains or generator, there are RCB type safety trips. Oven grill and 4 gas rings all work. Some door catches on cupboards need renewing and front window stays. Two roof vents in good condition. Curtains blinds and fly screens. The central heating works well with heat coming up from radiators behind the seats in the caravan and a vent over the heating unit which is gas or if preferred one or two KV mains electric with 12volt or mains pump (see picture showing heat indicator in green). The window catch behind sink is broken and is now sealed shut. Standard caravan double plastic glazing. The Jacks are operated hydraulically from the front locker but one of the rear jacks (see pic) was damaged by a rock and the floor has had a patch underneath where that was damaged at the same time. This was some years ago and has not been any trouble to me and I just put the three jacks down when using the van; the hydraulics are fine but the damaged one is tied up; it could be repaired. There is a gouge on one side high up but this does not leak, because the insulating polystyrene layer is bonded to inner and outer skins. Length of caravan body 5.95 metres, overall with towbar 6.80 metres. Width 2.05 metres. This was an expensive quality caravan but because of its age and some wear and tear it is recommended that you view before bidding, you will also see that it is otherwise generally nice and clean. Please only bid if you serious as you are bidding to buy and not to just view it and I have listed as far as I know the defects. It is sold as seen without any guarantees as I am a private owner and now have a smaller replacement van.
